Following the ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran, traders have started to factor in the possibility of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates before the end of the year.
According to the CME Group's FedWatch Tool, the probability of a rate cut rose sharply on Wednesday morning, reaching approximately 43%. This tool uses 30-day federal funds futures contracts to gauge market expectations for changes in the Fed's interest rate policy.
