On February 11, Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy Co., Ltd. announced that, as of the date of the announcement, neither the company nor its controlled subsidiaries have provided guarantees to any legal entities or individuals outside the consolidated financial statement scope. As of the announcement date, including the newly signed guarantee of 1.017 billion yuan, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company for its subsidiaries, and by subsidiaries for other subsidiaries, which are still in effect, amounts to 24.506 billion yuan. This figure represents 689.48% of the company's most recently audited net assets. Within the outstanding guarantee balance, the actual outstanding debt balance is 14.267 billion yuan. As of the announcement date, there are no overdue guarantees involving the company or its subsidiaries.
