MGM China Releases 2025 Annual & ESG Reports; Shifts to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express03-30

MGM China Holdings Limited on 31 March 2026 announced the publication of its 2025 Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) with accompanying circular, and its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The English and Chinese versions of the documents are now available on both the company’s website (https://en.mgmchinaholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will receive the printed versions enclosed with the notice.

Key operational update: 1. Transition to paperless communications: In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's updated Listing Rule 2.07, MGM China is adopting electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Electronic versions will replace printed copies, which will now be sent only upon request. 2. Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions such as proxy forms—will still be provided individually in printed form or via email according to each investor’s registered preference. 3. Shareholders are urged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai. 4. Investors without a valid email on file must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates and will only receive printed actionable communications going forward. 5. Requests for printed versions of routine corporate communications can be submitted by post or email (mgmchina.ecom@computershare.com.hk) and remain valid for one year.

For queries, shareholders may contact Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.

This announcement reflects MGM China’s alignment with regulatory moves toward sustainable, paperless investor communication while keeping traditional channels available for mandatory actionable documents.
