Nanfang Communication Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 27 August 2026 (Thursday). Directors will consider and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, determine their release, and deliberate on a potential interim dividend distribution.
The meeting will be attended by the company’s executive directors—Chief Executive Officer Shi Ming, Chairman Yu Rumin and Yu Ruping—alongside non-executive director Yu Jinlai and independent non-executive directors Chan Kai Wing, Liu Cheng Yi and Ju Hefeng.
Company Secretary Lo Moon Fong issued the notice in Hong Kong on 12 August 2026.
