Shanghai REFIRE Group Limited (Stock Code: 02570), together with its subsidiaries, will convene a board meeting on 27 March 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and deliberate on a potential final dividend recommendation.
The meeting was confirmed in an announcement dated 16 March 2026, signed by Chairman Mr. Lin Qi on behalf of the Board. Current board composition comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
