On January 6th, the Tongchuan Meteorological Bureau in Shaanxi Province and Shaanxi Zhaojin Xianheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. held a symposium to deepen cooperation on "Meteorology+Agriculture" application scenarios and jointly explore new models for meteorological services supporting the full-chain production of Qingzhen seedlings. The two parties closely focused on the critical impact of weather and climatic conditions on rootstock cultivation, grafting, transplantation, standardized orchard management, apple quality, pest and disease occurrence, and yield, engaging in in-depth discussions on refined meteorological services and the intelligent management of modern orchards. They will engage in deep collaboration on meteorological impact research, the development of standardized apple demonstration orchards, the establishment of standardized Qingzhen seedling planting procedures, and the construction of an intelligent, full-chain production management system, aiming to jointly create a new pathway for modern Qingzhen meteorological services and establish a demonstrative service model. Furthermore, the two sides will jointly conduct technical research, leveraging scientific and technological strength to safeguard the sustainable development of the apple industry. It is reported that Qingzhen is a dwarfing apple rootstock with China's independent intellectual property rights, characterized by drought tolerance, tolerance to barren soil, cold resistance, low orchard establishment costs, high and stable yields, and high economic benefits. Xianheng Agricultural Science Group, the parent leading enterprise of Shaanxi Zhaojin Xianheng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., owns a total of 5,800 mu (approximately 387 hectares) of apple dwarfing rootstock trial and demonstration bases in China and regions including Uzbekistan, with an annual production capacity of 8 million Xianheng "Qingzhen" series rootstock seedlings.
