WELLCELL H-NEW has issued an announcement regarding its strategic upgrade into artificial intelligence, extending its operations into the computing power services sector of AI infrastructure.

The company's board of directors is pleased to inform shareholders and potential investors that the group has officially launched its artificial intelligence and computing power service platform, named "Novax AI". This marks the formal implementation of the group's AI strategy upgrade plans.

Novax AI is an infrastructure service platform designed for enterprise-level AI applications. It focuses on the rental and scheduling of cloud GPU computing resources, computing optimization services, model gateways, and AI-driven operations and maintenance.

By integrating global computing resources, providing unified access, and leveraging AI-powered operational capabilities, the platform assists enterprises and developers with model training, deployment and inference tasks, scheduling cross-regional computing resources, and achieving reliable, large-scale application operation.

Concurrently, PaaS products under the Novax AI umbrella, such as its computing power scheduling engine and Token Router product, are progressing according to plan and are expected to be launched in the third quarter of this year.

The board believes that the launch of this platform aligns with the group's existing business and allows for the exploration of further business opportunities, which is beneficial for the company and its shareholders as a whole.
