Dawning Information Industry Co.,Ltd. has announced its intention to issue convertible bonds to raise a maximum of 8 billion yuan. The proceeds will be allocated to projects including an advanced computing cluster system for artificial intelligence, next-generation high-performance AI integrated training and inference machines, and domestically developed advanced storage systems.
