Chicmax Sets RMB 0.75 Final Dividend for FY2025; Payment Slated for 23 June 2026

Shanghai Chicmax Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (Chicmax) has issued an updated announcement on 16 April 2026 confirming a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.75 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders will vote on the proposal at the annual general meeting scheduled for 8 May 2026.

Key timetable • Ex-dividend date: 12 May 2026 • Book-closure period: 14 – 18 May 2026 • Record date: 18 May 2026 • Dividend payment date: 23 June 2026

The default payment currency and the applicable exchange rate for Hong Kong-registered shares will be announced separately. Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, is the designated share registrar.

Withholding-tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % withholding. • Non-resident individual shareholders from Hong Kong, Macau or treaty jurisdictions with a 10 % (or lower) rate: 10 % withholding. • Other non-resident individual shareholders or those under a 20 % treaty: 20 % withholding. • PRC-resident individuals and PRC-resident securities or private-equity funds: 20 % withholding. The ultimate rates remain subject to confirmation by the competent tax authorities; shareholders may seek reassessment with supporting documentation if necessary.

The current notice updates earlier disclosures solely to clarify withholding-tax arrangements; no other dividend parameters have changed.
