CHINA WANTIAN Publishes 2026 Interim Report; Offers Free Printed Copies on Request

Bulletin Express09-10

China Wantian Holdings Limited announced on 10 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report—available in both English and Chinese—has been uploaded to the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website (www.cwth.com.hk) and to the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Company has invited non-registered shareholders (i.e., investors whose shares are held through CCASS participants) to obtain hard copies at no charge. Interested holders should complete the enclosed Request Form and return it by post to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns; overseas requests require appropriate postage.

Submitting the Request Form will be deemed an instruction to receive all subsequent corporate communications—such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in printed format until 31 December 2026 or until the shareholder advises otherwise. Those preferring electronic delivery must supply a functional e-mail address to their bank, broker, custodian or other CCASS intermediary; failing that, the Company will dispatch only printed notices of publication.

Shareholders with questions should contact Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The notification was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Hooy Kok Wai on behalf of the Board of CHINA WANTIAN.
