Bulletin Express09-17

On 17 September 2026, Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Tianyu Semi) executed an on-market buyback of 2,700 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a uniform price of HKD 37.88 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.10 million.

Following the transaction, Tianyu Semi’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 58.92 million, down 0.005 % from the previous day’s 58.93 million. Treasury shares rose from 64,750 to 67,450, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 58.99 million because the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 19 May 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 5.90 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 67,450 shares, equivalent to 0.11 % of Tianyu Semi’s issued share count on the mandate date.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), Tianyu Semi is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 October 2026.
