Comba Telecom Systems Holdings announced that employees exercised share options during Oct, 31 2025, resulting in the issuance of 2.842 million new ordinary shares under its 2013 Share Option Scheme.
The move increased the company’s outstanding share capital to 3.133 billion shares, while the authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5 billion shares. No treasury shares were transferred during the period.
The option exercises generated proceeds of about 5.8 million Singapore dollars for the company.
