On June 18th, a regular communication session between provincial government leaders and private enterprises was held at the Provincial Center for Private Economic Development.

Vice Governor Zhang Dongyun convened relevant provincial departments and officials from six municipal governments, including Deyang and Mianyang, for a direct dialogue with seven key enterprises in the value-added agricultural processing supply chain.

The meeting aimed to precisely address enterprise needs and resolve operational challenges on the spot, thereby supporting the high-quality growth of the province's private sector.

During the session, business representatives shared insights based on their operational realities, engaging in in-depth discussions on topics such as value-added agricultural processing, strengthening industrial clusters for improved efficiency, and the healthy development of the private economy.

Enterprises directly presented their challenges, requests, and suggestions, to which provincial departments and municipal governments responded individually, proposing tailored solutions.

The meeting underscored the provincial government's significant emphasis on the value-added agricultural processing industry.

It was noted that a recent provincial plenary session specifically outlined plans to accelerate agricultural and rural modernization, explicitly calling for the expansion and strengthening of the agricultural processing sector.

Private enterprises were encouraged to firmly grasp the dual opportunities presented by policy and market forces, strengthen their internal capabilities, and pursue reform and innovation.

Relevant local government departments were urged to ensure the effective implementation of the plenary session's directives, working alongside enterprises to overcome challenges and jointly drive industrial upgrading and efficiency gains.

The establishment and effective utilization of coordination mechanisms were highlighted as crucial for balancing market dynamics with proactive governance to effectively assist enterprises and resolve their difficulties.

There is a need to further elevate service standards, systematically collect and analyze the root causes of problems, develop comprehensive solutions, and oversee their implementation.

Continuously optimizing the industrial ecosystem is essential, including leveraging the guiding role of government funds to facilitate precise matching between capital and industrial projects, thereby strengthening and enhancing the private economy.
