Recently, a critical construction milestone was achieved at the Ulanqab VNET Group Zero-Carbon Intelligent Computing Center Base Phase I Project, specifically for the A1 (North Side) Data Center Building managed by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau First Company Installation Branch. The 10KV high-voltage power transmission was successfully completed in a single attempt, marking the project's official entry into the equipment commissioning and operational preparation phase, laying a solid foundation for subsequent overall handover.
The 10KV power transmission task was characterized by a tight schedule, high standards, and complex overlapping operations. Within a demanding 25-day攻坚周期, the project team completed the core task of laying 560,000 meters of electrical wires and cables. During construction, the team faced multiple challenges, including dense arrangements of electromechanical pipelines, limited worksite space, and the interwoven construction of multiple specialties and trades. All personnel involved proactively gave up轮休假期, working in昼夜轮班奋战一线.
The site strictly implemented the organizational principle of "zoning by平面, time-sharing by space, and staggered peak-hour穿插施工," meticulously coordinating工序衔接, strictly controlling construction safety and工艺 standards, and efficiently resolving various construction bottlenecks, ultimately achieving the goal of successful one-time power transmission.
Beyond cable laying, the project also completed the high-standard installation of various core power equipment, line调试, and supporting construction such as fireproof sealing. A total of 36 transformers, 36 sets of power modules, 68 medium-voltage cabinets, 154 column头柜, 110 battery switchgear cabinets, and 405 small三箱 were delivered to the site and installed. All equipment was installed and commissioned precisely according to design specifications and timelines, with all units operating in good condition, establishing a solid hardware foundation for the successful 10KV power transmission and stable future power supply.

To ensure the high-voltage power transmission node was met on schedule, the project department deployed 530 personnel during the peak construction period, implementing high-intensity, highly coordinated穿插作业. Simultaneously, the project department placed great emphasis on safety production and labor management, recently organizing a monthly safety education conference that covered over 300 frontline workers. According to reports, the Ulanqab Zero-Carbon Intelligent Computing Center Base Phase I Project is located in the Ulanqab High-Tech Zone.
