Yee Hop Notifies Investors of Online Availability of Circular, EGM Notice and Proxy Form

Bulletin Express09-17

On 18 September 2026, Yee Hop Holdings Limited issued a formal notification to its non-registered shareholders confirming that the latest Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and accompanying Proxy Form have been published online. The English and Chinese versions can now be accessed on both the company’s website (www.yee-hop.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company strongly encourages stakeholders to review the documents via the online “Website Version”. Shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the electronic files—or who prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, investors should complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or by emailing 1662-ecom@vistra.com.

Stakeholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their designated bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is registered through these intermediaries, recipients will continue to receive only printed notices of publication.

Investor queries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
