LENOVO GROUP (00992) shares climbed more than 6% in Hong Kong trading, reaching a new all-time high. As of the latest update, the stock was up 5.55% to HK$27.38, with turnover exceeding HK$1.66 billion.

The company is scheduled to report its first fiscal quarter results on August 13 (next Thursday). Morgan Stanley issued a research note predicting that, driven by higher revenue and margins from the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business, adjusted net profit could reach approximately US$788 million. This would represent a 102% year-on-year increase and a 41% quarter-on-quarter gain, coming in about 12% above market consensus.

Notably, the ISG segment remains the largest source of growth elasticity for LENOVO GROUP in the first fiscal quarter. Bloomberg consensus estimates suggest ISG revenue could reach US$6.126 billion, marking a 42.78% increase from the prior year. Both CLSA and UBS project ISG revenue growth of 45% year-on-year, with estimates around US$6.2 billion and US$6.221 billion, respectively. J.P. Morgan holds the most bullish forecast, expecting ISG revenue to hit US$6.869 billion, representing a 60% year-on-year surge.
