On January 4th, Kaifeng Municipal Party Committee Secretary Gao Jianli met with a delegation led by Lu Qing, Vice President of Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Party Secretary of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery.

He stated that Kaifeng is a major city for grain and agriculture. Building on the firm commitment to ensuring food security and leveraging regional resource advantages, the city is focused on transforming agriculture into a large-scale modern industry through technological empowerment, industrial chain extension, and the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Zoomlion, deeply rooted in Kaifeng, not only leads industry upgrades with its exceptional technological innovation but also promotes Chinese manufacturing on the global stage with an international vision, making it a leader in the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing sector. He expressed hope that both sides would work together in the same direction, advancing cooperation into broader areas and deeper levels. By leveraging the leading enterprise to drive industrial clusters and empowering the industry through collaboration, new breakthroughs are anticipated during the "16th Five-Year Plan" period, jointly writing a new chapter in the high-quality development of manufacturing. Kaifeng will serve as a solid backing, providing support in factors of production, market expansion, and transformation and upgrading, accelerating the shift of Zoomlion's Kaifeng Industrial Park towards high-end, intelligent, and green development in agricultural machinery R&D and production, aiming to build a nationally leading modern agricultural machinery base.
Lu Qing thanked the Kaifeng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their care and support, and introduced the company's development history and strategic direction.
