Longbio-B IPO Sees Massive Oversubscription, Raises Approximately HK$1.255 Billion

Longbio-B (HKEX: 01779) has announced the allocation results for its initial public offering. The global offering comprised 14,193,150 shares, with the Hong Kong public offering portion accounting for 10% and the international offering making up the remaining 90%.

The final offer price was set at HK$96.06 per share. The company is expected to raise net proceeds of approximately HK$1.255 billion from the global offering.

Each board lot consists of 50 shares. Trading of the H shares is scheduled to commence on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong Time) on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The Hong Kong public offering segment was significantly oversubscribed, receiving applications for approximately 4,762.58 times the shares available. The international offering was also oversubscribed, receiving applications for about 10.94 times the shares offered.
