Sina Finance's "Liquor Price Insider" has officially launched, putting the real market prices of well-known baijiu brands at your fingertips. Data collected by Sina Finance's "Liquor Price Insider" over the past 24 hours shows that on October 7, the average terminal retail prices of 12 major baijiu products saw five rise, three fall, and four remain flat. The number of flat products increased noticeably, but gainers still outnumbered losers, and cumulative gains exceeded cumulative declines, with the overall price landscape continuing its recovery trend.
On the winning side, Premium Moutai rose 3 yuan to 2,467 yuan, forcefully reclaiming yesterday's losses and once again approaching the 2,470 yuan mark; Qinghua Fen 20 gained 2 yuan to 415 yuan, extending its six-session winning streak and hitting a new one-month high; Gujinggong Gu 20 added 1 yuan to 553 yuan, posting a third consecutive gain and continuing to set a fresh 30-day record; Xijiu Junpin climbed 3 yuan to 636 yuan, ending a prior three-session losing streak; Crystal Jiannanchun rose 1 yuan to 415 yuan, halting yesterday's pullback and pushing prices higher again.
On the losing side, Feitian Moutai fell 2 yuan to 1,799 yuan, after previously holding above the 1,800 yuan threshold for 17 consecutive days; Yanghe Mengzhilan M6+ dropped 1 yuan to 617 yuan, extending a four-session decline and retreating further from recent highs; Qinghualang slipped 1 yuan to 698 yuan, turning lower again after yesterday's rebound and falling back below the 700 yuan mark.
On the flat side, Moutai 1935 held steady at 688 yuan, with prices stabilizing temporarily after yesterday's decline; Wuliangye Puwu Eighth Generation remained unchanged at 806 yuan, flat for a second consecutive day and staying above 800 yuan for four straight days; Wuliangye 1618 held at 830 yuan, maintaining its recent high-level trajectory; Guojiao 1573 stayed at 882 yuan, entering high-level consolidation after yesterday's sharp rally.
Today, the total terminal retail price of the 12 major products continued to recover, with four products holding flat while cumulative gains among winners still dominated, keeping the overall price landscape on a repair trajectory. If one bottle of each of the 12 products were packaged and sold together, today's total price would be 10,806 yuan, a modest increase of 6 yuan from yesterday, holding above the 10,800 yuan round-number threshold for a second consecutive day and hitting a new five-day high.
Daily data from "Liquor Price Insider" is sourced from approximately 200 collection points reasonably distributed across all major regions nationwide, including but not limited to liquor company-designated distributors, social distributors, e-commerce platforms, and retail outlets. The raw sampling data consists of actual transaction terminal retail prices handled at each point over the past 24 hours, striving to provide all sectors with objective, scientific, and fully traceable data on the market prices of major baijiu products.
With the official iMoutai platform launching Feitian Moutai at 1,499 yuan per bottle for New Year's Day (raised to 1,539 yuan per bottle on March 31 and further to 1,639 yuan per bottle on July 18), and Premium Moutai at 2,299 yuan per bottle starting January 9 (raised to 2,359 yuan per bottle on May 16), the magnetic pull of this new channel on the average terminal retail prices of both products has gradually become apparent. The daily liquor prices published by "Liquor Price Insider" follow a calculation rule weighted by actual transaction volumes, and we have incorporated quantifiable prices into the calculation of terminal retail prices for both liquor products.
On the news front for the baijiu industry, Guolian Minsheng Securities recently released a research report on the beverage industry, noting that the fundamentals of the baijiu industry remain in a bottoming-out phase, with industry valuations having fallen to a reasonable and relatively low level. Going forward, attention should focus on the recovery in reported year-on-year growth rates as financial statement pressures gradually release, as well as valuation repair opportunities brought about by real estate policies. In terms of allocation direction, the brokerage believes that Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. (600519) leads in brand strength with notable channel reform results and still offers strong allocation value; meanwhile, regional liquor leaders such as Gujing Distillery, Yingjia Distillery, and Jinshiyuan have solid base markets, and current valuations may have already fully reflected the market's cautious expectations for short-term fundamentals. In addition, as financial statements accelerate their clearing, fundamental changes at nationwide liquor companies such as Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, and Shanxi Fenjiu also warrant continued attention. Overall, Guolian Minsheng believes that Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. (600519) and regional leaders hold a relatively advantageous position at the current stage.
