Wuxi Lead (0470) Announces Board Composition and Committee Appointments

Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 0470) released an updated list of its directors, consisting of four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. The executive directors named are Wang Yanqing, Wang Jianxin, You Zhiliang, and Wang Lei, while the independent non-executive directors are Zhang Mingyan, Dai Jianjun, and Wong Sze Wing.

According to the announcement, four Board committees are in place: the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the Strategy Committee. Wang Yanqing serves as a member of the Audit Committee and chair of the Strategy Committee; Wang Jianxin sits on the Nomination Committee; and You Zhiliang fulfills duties on the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee. In addition, Zhang Mingyan chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of both the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee. Dai Jianjun is a member of the Audit Committee, chairs the Nomination Committee, and is on the Strategy Committee, while Wong Sze Wing is a member of the Audit Committee and chairs the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee.
