Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (SAIMO) released its mandated monthly update on 4 August 2026, highlighting two core issues: progress on the H-share Full Circulation scheme and the ongoing public-float shortfall.
The company confirmed that a filing application for the H-share Full Circulation scheme has been submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). As of the announcement date, no feedback or filing confirmation has been received from the regulator. SAIMO stated it will address any CSRC inquiries promptly and release further disclosures on the conversion and listing process when appropriate.
Public float remains a key compliance challenge. SAIMO’s H-share free float stands at approximately 22.58%, below the 25% minimum stipulated under Rule 19A.28B(1)(a) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Management reiterated its commitment to restoring the required float level by 30 November 2026 and is executing the previously disclosed restoration timetable.
In line with Rule 19A.28E(2)(a), SAIMO will continue to publish monthly updates until the public float returns to compliant levels. The board also reminded shareholders and prospective investors that the H-share Full Circulation and related listing procedures remain subject to approvals from the CSRC, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and, if applicable, other regulators, advising caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
