Bulletin Express10-13

Billion Industrial Holdings Limited (BILLION IND) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return on 13 October 2026 detailing the latest activity under its share-repurchase programme.

On 13 October 2026 the company bought back 84,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 5.39 and HKD 5.42, for a total consideration of HKD 0.45 million. The purchase price implies an average cost of about HKD 5.41 per share.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.11 billion shares, with no new shares issued and no treasury shares held.

Including the most recent purchase, shares repurchased but not yet cancelled between 19 August and 13 October 2026 amount to 736,000 shares, or roughly 0.03 % of the current issued share base. The cumulative cash outlay for these nine transactions is approximately HKD 4.10 million, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.56 per share.

Under the general mandate approved on 15 May 2026, BILLION IND is authorised to repurchase up to 211.11 million shares. After buying back a total of 1.11 million shares to date—representing 0.05 % of the shares outstanding when the mandate was granted—the company still has headroom to repurchase about 210.00 million shares.

The board confirms that all repurchases were carried out in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements. Cancellation of the repurchased shares will proceed after settlement, further reducing the company’s share count once completed.
