Bolivian Ambassador Hugo Siles delivered a video message, congratulating the successful opening of the second China International Lithium Industry Conference. He expressed eagerness to cooperate with Chinese enterprises and institutions in lithium-related investments, including lithium carbonate and battery factories in Bolivia, to bolster global energy transition.
Justina Botto, an economic diplomat from the Argentine Embassy in China, also spoke at the event, outlining Argentina's strategic positioning, achievements, policy support, and future challenges in energy transition.
