According to The Information, Tesla has increased production of its Optimus humanoid robot roughly tenfold in recent months.
Tesla management told employees the company aims to have by year-end a production line capable of producing more than 1,000 robots per week.
Tesla stock rose 1.5% in premarkett trading on the news.
