Zhaojin Mining (1818) Announces 2026 First EGM, Plans to Issue RMB12.00 Billion Super Short-Term Bonds and RMB8.00 Billion Medium-Term Notes

Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited (1818) will convene its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 20 March 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Shandong Province, the People’s Republic of China. Shareholders registered on 20 March 2026 may attend, with the register of members closed from 17 March 2026 to 20 March 2026.

At the EGM, one ordinary resolution will be considered, covering the Proposed Revised Annual Cap under the Framework Agreement for Sales of Silver (as amended by the Supplemental Agreement).

Two special resolutions will also be discussed. The first involves registering and issuing Super Short-Term Bonds in multiple tranches with a total size not exceeding RMB12.00 billion and a term of up to 270 days. The second covers registering and issuing Medium-Term Notes in multiple tranches up to RMB8.00 billion, with maturities not exceeding 10 years. Both issues are aimed at raising funds mainly for the company’s production and operational activities.
