Chiho Environmental Group Limited (CHIHO ENV) reported a shift in its shareholder structure following the debt-settlement reorganisation of Loncin Group Co., Ltd. and related entities.

On 17 July 2026, USUM Investment Group Limited transferred its entire interest in Chongqing Yujiuxin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to National Trust Company Limited at nil consideration. Chongqing Yujiuxin indirectly owns 240.77 million ordinary shares in CHIHO ENV, equal to 15.00% of the company’s issued share capital. National Trust now holds this stake strictly as trustee of the National Trust Phoenix No. 24 – Chiho Environmental Debt Settlement Trust Plan; each beneficiary of the trust holds less than 5% of CHIHO ENV.

Post-transaction, USUM Investment’s indirect interest, held via USUM Investment Group Hong Kong Limited, declined from 978.38 million shares (60.95%) to 737.61 million shares (45.95%). Both USUM Investment entities remain ultimately controlled by New Jurong (Chongqing) Information Technology Services Co., Ltd., 99% owned by Mr. Zhao Mingjun.

The share transfer was executed under a court-approved consolidated reorganisation plan sanctioned by the Fifth Intermediate People’s Court of Chongqing Municipality.

Trading in CHIHO ENV shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025 and will remain halted pending fulfilment of resumption guidance from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
