MSB许可，是土耳其第一家获得许可的全球加密货币交易所，在土耳其拥有约70万名客户，发展较为成熟。根据美联社发布的报告，Thodex虚拟货币交易骗局影响了近39.1万名客户。丢失的加密货币资产总价值约为20亿美元。在创始人卷款跑路事件发生后，土耳其有关部门对该平台的78名工作人员发出了逮捕令，在以伊斯坦布尔为中心、横跨8个省的行动中，已有62人被拘留，但Ozer一直潜逃在外，追捕未果。据了解，Ozer是一名90后，1994年出生于科贾埃利。据媒体报道，经过警方一年多的缉捕，Ozer终于近日在阿尔巴尼亚被捕，其身份通过生物识别结果得到了确认。该案件目前已经正式进入司法程序，在相关的起诉文件中，受害者要求对21名涉案被告判处12164年至40562年不等的监禁，其中6人被要求判处超长期监禁，包括Ozer。另一家虚拟货币交易平台停止运营首席执行官被拘留在Thodex停止运营之后，土耳其另一家大型虚拟货币交易平台Vebitcoin也面临同样的困境。2021年4月底，Vebitcoin在官方网站上发布的一份声明中表示，由于财务状况恶化，该交易平台将停止运营。据当地媒体报道，Vebitcoin首席执行官Ilker Bas和其他三名员工已被拘留，金融犯罪调查委员会也已经封锁Vebitcoin的帐户，并展开了调查。虽然该交易平台的声明中并未指出停止运营的原因，但市场预计，土耳其央行的虚拟货币禁令可能造成大量投资者虚拟货币提款，从而发生挤兑，让该交易平台不堪重负。根据CoinGecko的数据，Vebitcoin曾经是土耳其的第四大数字货币交易所，日交易量接近6000万美元，其中一半以上来自比特币。在Thodex平台爆雷之前，由于国家货币里拉一直处于长期下跌的状态，虚拟货币在土耳其被广泛使用，以求资产保值增值。在区块链分析公司Chainalysis发布的2020年全球虚拟货币应用指数（Global Crypto Adoption
