BOSIDENG (03998) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB8.928 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.4%. Net profit attributable to equity shareholders reached RMB1.189 billion, up 5.28% YoY. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB0.1035, with an interim dividend of HK$0.063 per share proposed.
During the first half of the 2025/26 fiscal year, the brand down apparel segment remained the group's largest revenue contributor, generating approximately RMB6.568 billion, accounting for 73.6% of total revenue and reflecting an 8.3% YoY growth. OEM processing management services reported revenue of RMB2.044 billion, representing 22.9% of total revenue but declining 11.7% YoY. The women's wear segment contributed RMB251 million (2.8% of total revenue), down 18.6% YoY, while diversified apparel business revenue fell 45.3% YoY to RMB64 million (0.7% of total revenue).
The group remains focused on strengthening its core business by consolidating resources to enhance competitiveness and solidify its position as a global leader in the down apparel industry. Within the brand down apparel segment, BOSIDENG continues to implement its "Four Strengthenings" strategy—brand leadership, category management, channel operations, and customer experience—to reinforce core capabilities.
Brand-wise, BOSIDENG is reinforcing its image as the "world's leading down apparel expert," enriching brand value and consumer perception as the top down apparel brand. Product development aligns with this positioning, targeting mainstream consumers and expanding into functional outerwear and sun-protective wear for spring-summer collections. Innovations include designer collaborations, advanced fabric technologies, and improved fit and comfort to solidify its competitive edge.
In terms of channels, the group is driving breakthroughs in flagship projects, establishing high-quality stores, and expanding its brand image outlets. It prioritizes the development of its TOP store system to enhance channel leadership, consumer recognition, and shopping experiences. Additionally, BOSIDENG is refining single-store operations through customer segmentation and tailored management systems to boost profitability and operational efficiency.
