China Jinmao (00817) has released an announcement regarding its sales performance.

In September 2026, the group achieved contracted sales of RMB 10.501 billion, with contracted sales gross floor area of 361,100 square meters.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the group recorded cumulative contracted sales of RMB 84.601 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.85% (including, where applicable, sales from the Changsha Meixihu International New Town project, the Nanjing Qinglongshan International Ecological New Town project, the Ningbo Life Science City project, the Jiaxing Shanghai Window Smart Science City project, the Zhengzhou Erqi District Mazhai New Town project, the Wenzhou Aojiang International New Town project, the Jinhua Jinmao Future Science City project, and the Shanghai Hengmian Urban Operation project), along with cumulative contracted sales gross floor area of 3,100,200 square meters.

Additionally, as of September 30, 2026, the group had secured subscribed but uncontracted property sales totaling RMB 1.269 billion.
