Hang Lung Group Limited announced that Professor Lap-Chee Tsui will step down as Independent Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026. The decision follows his choice not to seek re-election, marking the end of a tenure that began in 2014.

During his service, Professor Tsui brought scientific rigor and governance expertise to the Board and the Audit Committee, contributing to the Group’s risk management and long-term planning. The Board highlighted his role in reinforcing the company’s “We Do It Well” philosophy and expressed its appreciation for his guidance.

Professor Tsui confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention in relation to his retirement.
