Block）却突然“黑转粉”，称其永远不会再做空特斯拉或马斯克，他表示，“ 一定程度的吹嘘是必要的，甚至在生活中也是可取的 。”\n1\n特斯拉禁得起调查吗？\n对于此次调查，NHTSA表示，从2018年1月以来，该部门已确认了11起与特斯拉Autopilot或“交通感知巡航控制”（TACC）系统有关的车祸，涉及11起事故，共造成1人死亡和17人受伤。\n此外，NHTSA还表示，特斯拉的自动辅助驾驶系统也经常被司机们误用，包括酒后驾车乃至在高速公路上行驶时坐在后排座位上等。\n按计划，NHTSA将会调查特斯拉使用Autopilot操作时“用于监控、协助和强制驾驶员参与”驾驶的技术，同时评估车辆对识别障碍物的能力，并对事故周围环境进行调查。\n事实上，这不是特斯拉首次遭遇政府监管部门调查，和此前不同的是，此次涉及特斯拉车辆的规模达到76.5万辆，涵盖了2014年—2021年生产的Model 3、Model X、Model S和Model Y在内的全部车型。\n路透社报道称，在新的调查之后，NHTSA可以选择不采取任何行动，也可以要求召回。不过一旦召回，Autopilot的运行方式、时间和地点都有可能受到限制，这也意味着其数据采集以及AI学习能力的速度也将受到影响。\n“投资者开始关注这项调查的规模和范围，肯定会控制特斯拉在FSD方面的野蛮生长。”美国券商Wedbush分析师丹·艾夫斯（Dan 批评特斯拉对Autopilot缺乏系统保障，一切都指向特斯拉自动驾驶技术可能存在的问题。\n在软件定义汽车的趋势下，某种程度上，特斯拉之所以能够成为全球市值最高的车企，就在于其先进的自动驾驶能力。即便马斯克的“完全自动驾驶”目标不断跳票，但这并不影响特斯拉在自动驾驶领域领头羊的地位。\n不过2020年底，特斯拉发给加州机动车管理局的两封电子邮件，则直接戳破了特斯拉一直以来画下的L5级“大饼”。特斯拉承认FSD和Autopilot一样，都只是L2级自动辅助驾驶系统，同时表示FSD
