Trio Industrial Electronics Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online; Sets Out Procedures for Shareholders to Obtain Printed Copies

Bulletin Express09-17

On 18 September 2026, Trio Industrial Electronics Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.trio-ieg.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key points

• Access method: The board “strongly recommends” shareholders review the web-based versions to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage.

• Requesting hard copies: Non-registered shareholders who prefer printed reports—or wish to alter future communication preferences—must submit a signed Request Form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Return postage within Hong Kong is prepaid; requests can also be emailed to trio1710-ecom@vistra.com.

• Validity of print preference: A print-copy election remains effective until it is revoked, replaced, or the end of the next financial year, whichever comes first. Further written requests are required to continue receiving printed documents thereafter.

• Switching back to electronic delivery: Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online report, or who change their delivery preference, may revert to printed copies at no charge by notifying the registrar.

• Instructions for intermediated holders: Investors holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide a functional email address to their intermediary if they wish to receive electronic notifications directly. Absent a valid email address, notices of publication will be mailed in hard copy.

• Enquiries: The registrar’s hotline is available at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued under the signature of Chairman and Executive Director Wong Sze Chai.
