Geely Auto posts 5% rise in July 2026 sales to 250,161 vehicles; BEV deliveries advance 17%

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Auto) reported a July 2026 sales volume of 250,161 vehicles, marking a 5% year-on-year increase. Cumulative sales for the first seven months of 2026 reached 1,673,119 units, up 2% from the same period last year.

Within the Geely-branded portfolio, July deliveries totaled 197,942 units, up 2% year on year. The Galaxy sub-brand contributed 107,797 units, reflecting a 13% improvement. Lynk & Co sales contracted 40% to 16,382 units, while premium electric marque Zeekr more than doubled its volume to 35,837 units, a 111% surge.

Electrified models maintained growth momentum. Battery electric vehicle (BEV) sales climbed 17% to 105,365 units in July, although year-to-date BEV deliveries of 566,781 units were 6% lower than the prior-year period. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sales rose 37% to 54,800 units in July and increased 54% year to date to 392,838 units.

Exports expanded sharply, with overseas shipments reaching 106,663 units in July, up 202% year on year. Year-to-date exports stood at 580,891 units, representing a 165% jump compared with the same period in 2025.

Separately, Proton, which is excluded from the figures above, sold 19,599 vehicles in July, a 39% year-on-year rise. Its cumulative sales for the first seven months of 2026 amounted to 114,766 vehicles, up 26%.
