Private aviation service provider Wheels Up Experience Inc. (NYSE: UP) announced today the completion of its global brand integration. The private jet and group charter services of Air Partner in the UK and worldwide are now unified under the Wheels Up brand. This move marks the formal conclusion of the global consolidation effort initiated earlier this year in the US, establishing a single, unified Wheels Up brand identity across all key markets.
Concurrent with the brand transition, Wheels Up has fully launched its integrated concierge-level client service model in the UK. This model organizes dedicated sales and service teams around the client journey, from initial inquiry through booking, trip delivery, and ongoing support, aiming to reduce handoffs and strengthen accountability. "Bringing our private jet and group charter services in the UK and other global regions under the Wheels Up brand means clients, no matter where they are, can access our full suite of aviation solutions through a single, trusted relationship," stated Kristen Lauria, Chief Marketing Officer of Wheels Up.
This integration builds upon Wheels Up's recent strategic transformation. The company has completed its transition to a modernized fleet centered on the Bombardier Challenger 300 and Embraer Phenom 300, achieving this milestone 18 months ahead of the original schedule. In the first quarter of 2026, the company's Signature membership program had reached 800 members, representing one-third of the total membership base, with gross bookings increasing 10% year-over-year to $267.2 million.
Air Partner's cargo services will continue to operate under its original brand, maintaining its specialized focus in global shipping and expedited delivery. "This integration brings the best resources of both organizations under one global brand, allowing clients worldwide to benefit from decades of deep expertise while gaining access to the full scale, fleet, and technology of Wheels Up," said Mark Briffa, Chief Sales Officer of Wheels Up and former CEO of Air Partner.
