Information from the latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures shows that on June 2, CITIC SEC Asset Management Co., Ltd. reduced its holding in CGN POWER (HKEX: 01816) by 4.086 million shares.
The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$3.1259 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$12.7724 million.
Following this disposal, the asset manager's latest shareholding stands at roughly 2.341 billion shares, representing a stake of 20.97% in the company.
