KIDZTECH has issued a formal announcement regarding a proposed change to its corporate name.
The company's board of directors has recommended amending the English name from "KIDZTECH HOLDINGS LIMITED" to "JIUTAI DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED".
Concurrently, the board has suggested changing the Chinese bilingual foreign name from "奇士达控股有限公司" to "九泰数智科技控股有限公司".
