China Northern Rare Earth Releases 13th Phase Employee Improvement Achievements

On December 5, China Northern Rare Earth(Group)High-Tech Co.,Ltd. announced the results of its 13th phase employee-led improvement initiative. The program recognized 16 special prizes, 21 first prizes, 43 second prizes, 63 third prizes, and 28 fourth prizes.

The company adopted a problem-solving approach focused on quality and efficiency, mobilizing employees to leverage their role as the main workforce. During this phase, workers submitted 2,738 improvement suggestions, with 2,625 implemented and 859 submitted for awards. The final winners were determined through a four-stage evaluation process including preliminary review, defense assessment, on-site verification, and plagiarism checks.

This marks the 11th year of China Northern Rare Earth's employee improvement program, which serves as a key driver for continuous optimization and high-quality development. The initiative has proven effective in encouraging staff to identify and solve practical workplace challenges. To date, employees have proposed over 16,000 improvement projects, with more than 8,000 implemented and awarded. The program has recognized 118 improvement stars and 36 outstanding organizational units.

Moving forward, China Northern Rare Earth plans to benchmark against industry leaders and expand best practices to deepen the employee improvement initiative. The company aims to further engage staff in these activities to enhance operational quality and efficiency, while contributing expertise for its 15th Five-Year Plan and advancement as a world-leading rare earth enterprise.
