Chuangxin Industries Holdings Limited released a positive profit alert, indicating that net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to reach approximately RMB2.20 billion to RMB2.40 billion. After accounting for additional taxes of about RMB476 million announced on 2 June 2026, the projected figure represents year-on-year growth of roughly 154.10% to 177.20%. Based on these percentages, last year’s interim net profit is estimated at about RMB0.87 billion.
Management attributes the sharp earnings improvement to three key factors:
1. Stronger pricing power: Selling prices for electrolytic aluminum products rose versus the same period a year earlier.
2. Cost efficiencies: A higher proportion of green electricity usage lowered production costs.
3. Leaner balance sheet: An optimized financing structure reduced interest expenses.
The figures are derived from unaudited management accounts and have neither been reviewed by the company’s auditor nor vetted by its audit committee. Final interim results are scheduled for release before the end of August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
