ES Services Executes Further Share Buy-Back; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 8.75 Million Shares under Current Mandate

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (ES Services) disclosed that it repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices between HK$1.75 and HK$1.76, costing HK$0.35 million.

According to the Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.72 billion shares as at 21 July 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

• Moratorium: Following the 21 July transaction, ES Services is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares on the HKEX until 20 August 2026, in line with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a).

All repurchases were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing rules, with no reported changes to the explanatory statement filed on 20 April 2026.
