Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE) disclosed that it repurchased 32,500 H-shares on 22 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 59,215. The shares were bought at prices between HKD 1.79 and HKD 1.855, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.822 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0033% to 977.51 million shares, while the treasury-share balance rose to 9.67 million. The total share count, including treasury stock, remains at 987.18 million.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises UBOX ONLINE to repurchase up to 94.65 million shares. Cumulatively, 9.67 million shares, or 1.02% of the shares outstanding at the mandate date, have now been repurchased under this authority.
Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring any shares or treasury shares until 22 October 2026.
