BlackRock has reduced its shareholding in DATANG RENEW (01798), according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The transaction, dated July 21, saw BlackRock sell 31.908 million shares at a price of HK$1.281 per share, with the total transaction value amounting to approximately HK$40.8741 million.
Following this reduction, BlackRock's latest shareholding count in DATANG RENEW stands at approximately 113 million shares, representing a 4.50% ownership stake.
