Haier Smart Home buys back 2.42 million A-shares for RMB49.47 million, cutting free float by 0.04%

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 06690) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 2.42 million A-shares on 4 June 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from RMB 20.21 to RMB 20.63, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 20.41 per share. The total consideration reached RMB 49.47 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 6,123.15 million to 6,120.73 million, representing a 0.04% reduction. Treasury shares rose correspondingly to 132.30 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 6,253.03 million.

The repurchased shares have been earmarked for the company’s share incentive schemes and are held as treasury stock; no cancellations have been effected to date. Management confirmed that the board duly authorised the buyback and that all procedures complied with the relevant rules of both the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges as well as applicable regulations.
