CARSGEN-B (02171) extended its rally, climbing more than 4% in Monday's trading session. As of the latest update, the stock was up 4.03% to HK$15.48, with trading volume reaching HK$21.99 million.
On August 7, the company announced that CT1190B, a universal CAR-T cell therapy targeting both CD19 and CD20, has received Investigational New Drug (IND) approval from China's National Medical Products Administration. The therapy is indicated for treating patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least two prior lines of standard therapy.
Results from the investigator-initiated trial (IIT) of CT1190B were presented as a poster at the 2026 European Hematology Association Congress. Developed on CARSGEN-B's proprietary THANK-u Plus® platform, CT1190B is currently undergoing IIT for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
