Qilu Expressway's New Company Secretary Qualification Endorsed by Stock Exchange

Qilu Expressway Co., Ltd. (HKG: 01576) has announced that the Stock Exchange has formally confirmed that Mr. Shi Wenjiang meets the qualification requirements for serving as the company secretary, as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.

In light of this confirmation, Ms. Zhang Xiao has tendered her resignation from the roles of (i) joint company secretary, (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and (iii) agent authorized to accept service of legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong, as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from August 26, 2026.

Commencing August 26, 2026, Mr. Shi will assume the role of sole company secretary and will also serve as the authorized representative, while Ms. Yip Man Wai will take over as the company's agent for legal process documents.
