Shandong Xinhua: No Share Capital Changes in July; Public-Float Compliance Affirmed

Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited reported that, for the month ended 31 July 2026, neither its authorised nor issued share capital changed across both H-share and A-share classes.

Authorised / Registered Capital • H shares: 195.00 million shares at RMB 1 par value; no change from June. • A shares: 501.68 million shares at RMB 1 par value; unchanged. • Total authorised/registered capital remained at 696.68 million shares.

Issued Shares and Public Float • H shares listed in Hong Kong stood at 195.00 million, with zero treasury shares. • A shares (Shenzhen-listed) totalled 501.68 million, also with zero treasury shares. • The company confirmed it met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5% public-float requirement for PRC issuers.

Equity Incentives • The 2021 A-share option scheme had 1.16 million options outstanding at month-end, identical to the prior month. • No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no funds were raised during July.

Other Capital Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or movements in treasury shares for the period.

Governance Confirmation Shandong Xinhua’s board affirmed that all share-related activities during the month complied with Hong Kong listing rules and other applicable regulations.
