51WORLD (06651) surged nearly 8% in afternoon trading, reaching a new high of HK$80.45, representing an increase of over 160% from its IPO price of HK$30.5. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 5.79% at HK$78.6, with a turnover of HK$44.7003 million.

On January 21, NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, delivered a speech at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, where he introduced his "five-layer cake" theory of AI. From the bottom up, these layers consist of: energy, chips and computing infrastructure, cloud data centers, AI models, and the top application layer.

Notably, earlier this month in his keynote address at CES 2026, Jensen Huang explicitly stated that the "ChatGPT moment" for physical AI has arrived, as machines are beginning to possess the ability to understand the real world, reason, and take action.

Public information indicates that 51WORLD has long made substantial investments and developed core competencies around three key technological areas: 3D graphics, simulation, and artificial intelligence.

The company has launched three core business segments: 51Aes (digital twin platform), 51Sim (intelligent driving simulation platform), and 51Earth (digital earth platform). Its products are already widely used by over a thousand large and medium-sized enterprises globally, with business operations spanning 19 countries and regions.

It is noteworthy that the company has established robust technical capabilities across all three critical components of physical AI—data fuel, spatial models, and training platforms.

Furthermore, 51WORLD has built a comprehensive, closed-loop ecosystem for physical AI, encompassing "synthetic data — spatial intelligence models — simulation training platforms."

This makes it one of the few companies globally that genuinely possesses all three essential elements of physical AI.

The company has already implemented benchmark physical AI use cases in fields such as intelligent driving, transportation hubs, smart factories, and smart energy.
