Rare earth-related stocks rose broadly. The Metals Company gained over 9%, MP Materials Corp. climbed nearly 7%, USA Rare Earth rose nearly 5%, CRITICAL METALS CORPORATION added 4%, and American Resources Corporation gained over 3%.
