Sector-wise, tech stocks were mixed, with Xiaomi up nearly 1% while Baidu fell over 0.5%. Gold stocks opened higher, with Zhaojin Mining rising over 1%. Chinese brokerage stocks were active, with Hongye Futures gaining nearly 1%. HASHKEY HLDGS debuted today, opening 0.3% higher on its first trading day.
