TOMO HOLDINGS (06928) announced that as of 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025, being the final deadline for the placing agent to place the unsubscribed shares, all 82.2828 million unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed pursuant to the placing arrangement at HK$0.18 per share, which equals the subscription price. Consequently, under the compensatory arrangement, there are no net proceeds available for distribution to non-acting shareholders or excluded shareholders. Based on the acceptance results of the rights issue and the placing results under the compensatory arrangement, a total of 225 million rights shares will be allotted and issued, representing 100% of the total rights shares offered under the rights issue.
