FEIYANG GROUP (01901) announced a strategic partnership with China Youth Daily to co-launch the trendy cultural project "Cosmos of Mountains & Rivers." On December 8, 2025, the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Feiyang Digital Link Technology Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Zhongqing Online Network Information Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Youth Daily. The execution of the project will be overseen by the Group’s controlled subsidiary, Feiyou Travel Card (Zhejiang) Culture Technology Co., Ltd.
China Youth Daily, a national core media outlet, holds significant influence among youth and in cultural dissemination. The Group confirms that Beijing Zhongqing Online, China Youth Daily, and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties with no affiliations to the Group or its related parties.
The "Cosmos of Mountains & Rivers" project is positioned as a nationwide co-creation initiative integrating cultural heritage, trendy collectibles, and digital innovation under the "Mountains & Rivers" IP theme. By merging physical cultural products with digital rights, it aims to deliver immersive cultural experiences. The project seeks to establish an open, multi-dimensional IP ecosystem, targeting diverse cultural and tourism elements while encouraging global participation and market expansion.
The first phase will introduce the "Mountains & Rivers: Youth" series of collectible cards, which combine high-tier tourism benefits through NFC chips and compliant blockchain technology, blending physical, digital, and rights-based features. Future expansions will include series such as "Mountains & Rivers: Heroes," "Mountains & Rivers: Intangible Heritage," "Mountains & Rivers: Pandas," and "Mountains & Rivers: Celebrities," spanning cultural products, films, animations, and more. The initiative aims to integrate global tourism resources and build a scalable cultural consumption ecosystem.
The Board believes this collaboration aligns with the Group’s strategy to digitize cultural tourism. Leveraging China Youth Daily’s media resources and content influence alongside the Group’s operational expertise, the partnership will drive mutual resource synergies. The project responds to market trends in cultural-tourism integration, demonstrating strong growth potential and scalability. It supports the Group’s expansion into high-growth sectors like "cultural tourism + trendy collectibles + digital economy," diversifying revenue streams (including card sales, rights fulfillment, and IP derivatives) and facilitating its transformation from a "cultural tourism service provider" to an "integrated cultural consumption platform."
Additionally, the project adopts an open co-creation model to attract creative resources and foster a highly engaged user community.
